- Patient may complain of galactorrhea, amenorrhea, oligo-hypomenorrhea, or infertility OR
- History-suspecting AE: headache, blurring of vision with pituitary tumors… etc.

- Signs
- There may be nothing characteristic, OR
- Breast lesion may be found.
Dx of Hyperprolactenemia
- INVx
- Serum prolactin
- TSH
- Brain CT and MRI to exclude adenoma.
