The 2 main pillars of Lean?
JIDKOKA
- Automation with a human touch to it and means building quality into the process
- If something goes wrong, the process should stop automatically.
JUTS- IN- TIME (JIT)
- Right part, right time, right amount
- There should be no overproduction, delays or inventory
Types of learning in LEAN?
-Primary learning- Basic definition and vocabulary
-Secondary- Learning facts, rules and procedures
-Tertiary: Learning through experiments and hypothesis testing

There are four types of productivities are?
- Customer productivity
- Asset productivity
- Labor productivity
- Material productivity
Customer productivity means ?
How effective the customer gets value from the product or service you provide. It’s not just about making the product, it’s also about making sure the customer can use it easily, effectively and with satisfaction.
Asset productivity means?
How well the companies’ physical resources are used. Think about asset productivity. If machines are running constantly, the asset productivity are high.
Labor productivity means?
How effectively are peoples time and skills are used.
Material productivity means?
How well are materials used in the production. For example, cutting steel with minimum leftovers has a high material productivity.
