• IV cannulation
• IO infusion
• Cardiac Arrest with persistent or recurrent Ventricular Fibrillation/pulseless Ventricular Tachycardia, refractory to defibrillation strategies and maximum dose of Amiodarone

Intradermal:
0.1mL

Intraosseous:
* Adult: 40mg in 4mL (2 ampoules)

May be repeated at a second site if needed.

* IV/IO 1mg/kg
* May be repeated once after 5 minutes if sufficient supply.
