*0.4mg(400mcg) in 1ml ampoule
Nyxoid nasal spray each dose of 100 mcL, contains 1.8mg.
* IV / IO: Dilute 400microg in 1mL with
9mL NaCl 0.9% to produce
40microg/1mL

A
Respiratory depression in a suspected narcotic overdose.

Hypersensitivity to Naloxone

Dose
A
Adult:
* IM- IV-IO
400 - 800mcg repeated every 2 mins (total max dose 10mg)
IN
1 spray (1.8mg) Nyoxoid into nostril
Repeat at 2 mins in the opposite nostril if no response.
