Lymphatic System Flashcards

1
Q

Functions of the Lymphatic System?

A
  1. Drains excess fluids, returning leaked fluid back into the circulatory system.

Q

Anti-Diuretic Hormone (ADH):

A

Release when an animal is dehydrated, high levels of ADH re-absorbed water back into the body.

Less ADH is released when an animal is hydrated and more water is expelled from the body.
