Domestic class use society to benefit themselves and their own interest (usually at expense of marginalisation)

The law is just another tool that the dominant class can use to achieve their aims and maintain inequality.
Law is part of ideological state apparatus - used by ruling classes as means of controlling our behaviour.

That is is a highly idealistic perspective that seems to suggest that all criminals are ‘robin hoods’ and that they should not receive any social sanction for their actions.

Criticise that they mainly focus on male crime.
