  2. learn to stop eating or finish everything simply because it’s there, True mindful eating means to be aware and listening to your satiety or fullness cues and immediately stop eating when you are feel satisfied.
  3. ignoring these signals and eating all the things that you have ordered, regardless of you fullness, lead to overeating and consumption which hinders you for achieving your goals.
  4. those overall 2 practices and principles mindset can create a better relationship with food by eating with joy and responding to your satiety cues. This approach not only enhance your eating and dinning experience but also enhance your overall mental health and well being.
  5. be aware of your fullness cues, optimally without using your phone while embracing very bite with joy. If Know your satisfied fullness point is crucial for following mindful eating and those practices as well. Simply for the reason that watching videos or playing with your phone whim you are setting your food can distract you are enjoying your food and also watching the actual video. It reduce the enjoyment of food and taste and subsequently overload your senses which can affect your appreciating for watching videos and eating food. Hence, try to desperate each of these activities to fully embrace the enjoyment of every bite, avoiding discomfort of eating it self by relaxing and slow down the process of eating to maximize your every bite enjoyment. Eating should be taken seriously for mind full eating process for better mental health and relationship with food will be improved, for taking care of your hunger cues and satiety level.

Those bad emotions can significantly decrease our satisfaction and enjoyment about food (bad relationship) and also contributed to delay fullness recognition, further increasing the chance of weaker memory and satisfaction from the act of eating which definitely increase intense hunger or cravings later on.

Sum to last point: eating while watching videos is devastating and not beneficial for enjoying food, bad relationship with food, more cravings later on because of increase negative emotions and eventually hindering your lifestyle or quality of life. If you don’t want to completely change your habit, you can try to eat few bites while doing so and reducing the fact of ignoring your hunger cues while eating.
