1

Relative Humidity

A proportional amount of humidity contained in an air sample compared to the maximum amount that the air sample could hold. Need dry bulb temp to be useful. Always relative to a temperature.

2

Dewpoint

is the temperature that air must be cooled for condensation to occur

3

Enthalpy (BTU/lb)

internal (heat) energy (sum of heat of the air and water vapor within)

4

Why relative humidity?

Because it's what we feel. We give up moisture through evaporation. 100RH causes fog/condensation
