1a. marital infidelity (cheating), even if committed abroad, if it results in psychological violence in the form of mental or emotional suffering on the wife, it still falls under the coverage of anti-vawc
1b. husband impregnating another woman, who was criminally convicted for psychological violence
- sexual or dating relationships between two women (“sexual or dating relationships” - definition of anti-vawc)
- husband convicted for economic violence when, despite being employed, intentionally refused to financially provide for his wife.
- the supreme court also established that a father may apply for protection order under the anti-vawc law to protect his daughter from an absuive and neglectful mother

- granting protection against gender-based sexual harassment
