Do not discontinue abruptly
use K+ supple,emts or salt substitutes under medical supervision
can cause dizziness
avoid alcohol and NSAIDs
Don't use while pregnant
Toxicity: hypotension, tachycardia, SOB, angioedema, hyperkalemia, weakness, reduction in urination, jaundice, skin rash
