Latissimus dorsi

A

O: spinous processes of lower six thoracic and all lumbar and sacral vertebra, intervening supra- and interspinous ligaments, outer lip of iliac crest, outer surface of lower three or four ribs, inferior angle of scapula

I: intertubercular sculus of humerus

D:

A: extends, adducts and medially rotates shoulder

N: thoracodorsal nerve (C6-8)

A

O: dorsal surface of inferior scapular angle

I: medial lip of intertubercular sulcus of humerus

D:

A: extends, adducts Nd medially rotates shoulder

N: lower scapular nerve (C5-7)

A

O: Clavicular attachment - sternal half of anterior surface of clavicle
Sternal attachment - anterior surface of manubrium, body of sternum, upper six costal cartilages, sixth rib, aponeurosis of external oblique muscle

I: lateral lip of intertubercular sulcus of humerus

D:

A: adducts, medially rotates, flexes and extends shoulder

N: medial and lateral pectoral nerves (C5-T1)
