How and should we focus on our sleep quality ? And our sleep circadian rhythm.

A

It is definitely enhance our mood, productivity, metabolism. When we try to stick our regular schedule of sleeping time, because regular sleeping patterns can give us rhythms that not lead our body for confusion.
- In times of occasions which happens sometimes one to two days per week, where we stay up later, we can sleep earlier the next day, gradual adjustment can give the body time to adapt back to our normal sleeping time.
- Direct change of sleeping times can not be doable because, our body doesn’t function like that
- just sleep a little bit earlier

How sunshine can enhance our sleep and prevent from sleep disorders ?

A

Sleeping disorders among people can lead to stress, impaired thinking that could also lead to depressive mood. Therefore, improving our circadian rhythm is immensely important to help us against or mitigate those issues and. One of the method to positively impact our sleeping rhythm is getting sunshine in the morning and evening times. For those people who are not being aware of, getting sunshine after we wake up in the morning and going for walks after our dinner is essential for having a possible sleep every night.

How non easily digestible food can impact our sleep quality ?

A

Non easily digestible food can distract our sleep and potentially prevent us from a restful night. Thereby, avoiding meat, fried, vegetables or rice can significantly enhance our sleep quality at night. However, other digestible food could be eaten instead.
