What is Grade 0?
A
No ulceration present, but high risk foot.

A
Wound present without extension in subcutaneous tissue

A
Full thickness ulcer, underlying structures may be exposed. Infection NOT present

What is Grade 3?
A
Full thickness ulcer with + infection (osteomyelitis, abscess or joint sepsis.)

What is Grade 4?
A
Localized (toe, heel, forefoot) gangrene

A
Gangrene of the ENTIRE FOOT!
