this is served after the main course or before the dessert to clean the palate after consuming a rich meal.

as the name suggests, the salad appears to be completely green since most ingredients are from leafy vegetables. The salad is divided into a base of leafy vegetables and a dressing that can be of any type. This is also called “garden salad” as these leafy vegetables can be of different varieties such as lettuce, spinach or rocket also called arugula. It is mostly for vegan buds. Vegetable salad
as previously mentioned, a bound salad can be arranged or tossed in a bowl, with a thick binding dressing like mayonnaise. The common examples are tuna salad, chicken salad, potato salad, egg salad, and pasta salad. this is also called “dinner salad” and “entrée salad.” It may have grilled or fried chicken pieces, grilled seafood like shrimp, fish steak such as tuna and salmon, and sliced steak.
