What is the difference between hot tumors and cold tumors?

Hot tumors have lots of T cells, cold tumors don’t

What is a chimeric antigen receptor?
A
A chimera between an antibody and the T cell receptor.

What are 2 limitations of CART cells? (2)
A
CART cells don’t live long in patients, also tumors are able to make mutations so the CART cells are not able to recognise the tumor cells.
