A
Tumor cells grow fast, this leads to cell death because vascularization cannot keep up, and leads to hypoxia.

Because when T cells reach the tumor, they are suppressed, which leads to Treg cells inhibiting other immune cells, and macrophages becoming immunosuppressive.
