C. Birbeck Granules- are tennis racket shaped cells that are hallmarks of Langerhan Cells Histolycotes

D. CD5+ B Cells- could be CLL, Mantle Cell Lymphoma or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

E. Dacrocytes- or tear drop cells are cells related to PCV
