  • Rare - ratio to female breast CA 1:125
  • Advanced age
  • 15-20% have family history of breast/ovarian cancer (increased risk in BRCA1 & BRCA2 carriers)
  • Same pattern of spread as female breast CA
  • Usually diagnosed at higher stage than female breast CA
