Effects of aldosterone on kidneys

A

Increases Na+/H2O absorption -> increases blood volume/pressure
Decreases Na+/H2O lost in urine ->decrease K+ in plasma
Principle cells in collecting duct increase K+ secretion -> decreases K+ in plasma
