Q

What are the questionnaires used to measure anxiety and how do they work?

A

A
  • generate factual data on somatic responses
  • heart rate, blood pressure
+ measures can be taken immediately during performance
    + provides objective data
    + easy to make comparisons
  • monitors may restrict performers movements
  • equipments is expensive
  • performer realises they are being monitored
  • innacurate readings
