What is a must?

What is corrective action?
eliminating the cause of the problem
What is interim action?
postpone the decision to a later date.
What is preventative action?
aimed at never letting the cause of the problem come into play.
What is contingency action?
Prepare to take care of the problem before it happens
What is adaptive action?
Dealing with the problem.
What are 5 group decision techniques?
interacting technique (face-to-face), brainstorming (come up with every idea), nominal group technique (presenting the idea and having every write down solutions), delphi technique (problem identified, every leaves room and asked to generate a solution, then they vote anon), electronic meeting.
