Define methods

Second phase of PST programs; focuses on strategies and techniques for learning different psychological skills by tailoring programs to meet individual needs

Third phase of PST programs; focuses on automating skills through overlearning, integrating psychological skills, and simulating the skills you want to apply to actual competitions

The ability to work toward one’s short- and long-term goals by effectively monitoring and managing one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
Define virtual reality
An environment that is a simulation of the real world or an imaginary world, providing an interactive experience between the athlete and the environment they see on the athletic field

The process of monitoring and recording athletes’ gaze positions when they look at 2D and 3D stimuli

Auditory information regarding an athlete’s performance
