leishmaniasis
asymptomatic; pass portions of helminth

intense itching (especially at night); pimple-like bumps
scabies
bump that can range from painless to painful/itching
warts
hypo/hyperpigmented patches of scaly skin (common on trunk, shoulders, arms)
pityriasis versacolor
asymptomatic; severe diarrhea; colitis; appendicitis; bloody mucus/stool; lesions
amebiasis
aysmptomatic; GI stress; rotten egg smelling stool
giardiasis
black tar-like stool; coffee ground vomit
peptic ulcer disease
crater-like ulcers; bloody gums; bad breath; foul taste; gray biofilm; tartar; dental calculus
acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis; “trench mouth”
blackheads, whiteheads, pustules
acne
renal failure; splenomegaly; HBP; bladder obstruction; bloody urine; heart failure
schistosomiasis; “swimmers itch”
stage 1: fever; headache; muscle ache; vomiting (black vomit)
stage 2: remission
stage 3: delirium; seizures; coma; degeneration of liver, kidneys, heart (causing jaundice)
yellow fever
buboes on groin, armpits, neck; bacteremia; septicemia; bloody, frothy sputum
plague
within 5 days: skin lesion; tender, pus-filled lymph nodes at the site of infection
tularemia
difficulty breathing; tachycardia; heart murmurs; blood clots; stroke; heart failure
endocarditis
change in mental status; septic shock; petechiae; osteomylitis
septicemia; bacteremia; toxemia; toxic-shock-like syndrome
