How are H1 receptor antagonists metabolized and how fast?
rapidly metabolized via liver microsomes
What are H1 receptor antagonists used for and what are their general side effects?
Use: allergic reactions, motion sickness, nausea and vomiting in pregnancy, sleep aids.

Why do second gen H1 antagonists cause less sedation?
poorly cross BBB
What is a possible SE of all H2 antagonists?
