What is the ICD criteria for GAD?
A
- Excessive worry or anxiety about everyday events/ multiple areas of life, lasting 6 months or more
- Not limited to specific situations (unlike phobias)
- Causes significant distress or impairment

What is the ICD critera for agorphiobia?
A
Marked fear/anxiety in two or more of the following situations:
1. Using public transport
2. Being in open or enclosed spaces
3. Being outside of the home alone
- Fearing having a panic attack when escape or getting help is difficult.
- Must last at least 6 months

What is the ICD critera for BIIP?
A
- Persistent, excessive fear triggered by sight of blood, injury, or injections
- Exposure to feared stimuli, causes immediate anxiety or vasovagal response (e.g., fainting — unique to this phobia)
- Lasts 6 months or more
