Key Structure #1
เป็นประจำ means “regularly or habitually”
It is used to express the idea of doing something regularly or habitually.
Structure:
Subject + Verb + (Object) + เป็นประจำ

เราไปกินข้าวที่ร้านนั้นเป็นประจำ
We go to eat at that restaurant regularly.
เธอออกกำลังกายตอนเช้าเป็นประจำ
She exercises in the morning regularly.
พวกเขากลับมาเที่ยวที่นี่เป็นประจำ
They come back to visit here regularly.
Key Structure #2
ทีหลัง means “later.”
It usually comes at the end of the sentence to show the action will happen later.
Structure:
Subject + Verb + ทีหลัง

คุณกลับบ้านก่อน ฉันจะตามไปทีหลัง
You go home first, I’ll follow later.
เราได้รับของแล้วค่อยจ่ายเงินทีหลัง
We received the item, and then paid later.
( We got the item first, then paid afterward.)
คุณจ่ายก่อนได้ไหม แล้วผมจะคืนเงินให้ทีหลัง
Can you pay first? I’ll pay you back later?
Key Structure #3
มาตลอด means “has/have always been; has/have consistently been.”
It shows that something has continued consistently up to the present.
Structure:
Subject + Verb/Adjective + มาตลอด

Thai farmers have always been poor.
เธอดีกับฉันมาตลอด
She has always been good to me.
เขาคิดถึงและเป็นห่วงครอบครัวมาตลอด
