eStore sanitation standards are met.

eStore training and cerification requirements are met.
GOOD: 100% course completion in Annual Food Safety Training 009011 and Food Allergens Trainings 071030 and 071032 for all shoppers and managers. New hires to dept have 30 day grace period. FAIR: 3-6 partners overdue. OPPORTUNITY: 7+ partners overdue.

GOOD: No unapproved products/fixtures on top of refrigerated cases/freezers. OPPORTUNITY: Any findings.
eStore selection and retrieval carts are in good repair.
GOOD: 2 or fewer selectuon and/or retrieval carts with damage including wheels or sharp edges. OPPORTUNITY: 3+ damaged.
eStore product time/temp control standards for immediacy order shopping are met.
GOOD: Order tracker in FAST shows orders are not shopped more than 2 hours before pick up time. Immediacy tags show cold items are not left in pack-its in ambient temp more than 4 hours. FAIR: 1-2 orders in ambient pack-it more than 4 hours or shopped more than 2 hours before pick up. OPPORTUNITY: 3+ , Any immediacy order w/o time on tag, without pack-it, or without non-frozen pack-its. Discard shrink cold products.

GOOD: FLoors are free of debris, ice, etc. FAIR: Effort at clear floors. OPPORTUNITY: Not safe. Ice on freezer floor.

GOOD: Dept manager and hourlies know where the SDS binder is and that it contains chemical info. PASS for using a fire extinguisher. Where ANSUL pull rings are located. The pull the latch to escape a freezer, or flip the lit up switch to sounds the alarm if latch is frozen. OPPORTUNITY: Partners don’t know.

Pack-it rotation process is properly followed for COB (complete order batching) locations.
GOOD: Every cart or reach-in door containing pack-its being refrozen has a time tag indicating when it’ll be ready for use. 4 hour refreezing time. FAIR: 1 finding. OPPORTUNITY: 2+ findings.
eStore standards for COB are met.
GOOD: Time/temp requirements met for cold, frozen, and hot foods. FAST order tracker shows no orders shopped more than 2 hours before pick up. Items in pack-its moved to coolr/freezer after 4 hours. All items except cakes placed directly into pack-its when shopped for COB or immediacy orders. FAIR: 1-2 findings. OPPORTUNITY: 3+ findings.

eStore product time/temp control standards for standard batch shopping are met for refrigerated, frozen, production, and hot products in dept and on 2 carts out for selection.
GOOD: Previous 2 weeks on Productivity Tab of Dashboard show “outside thresholds” don’t exceed 10%. Cold products at or below 41°F (+/-2°F) and selected with 1 hour and placed directly into refrigeration. Frozen products are solidly frozen and selected within 30 minutes and placed directly in freezer. Hot products have a time stamp and are held no more than 3 hours in an approved warmer set at 6.5 (130-160°F) and humidity 0. Production runs don’t exceed 45 minutes. FAIR: Any cold run over 1 hour or cold product above 50°F on 1 cart, any frozen run over 30 minutes or frozen product found thawing on 1 cart, 1-2 hot foods exceeding 3 hours, or production run over 45 minutes. OPPORTUNITY: Any cold product above 50°F on 2+ carts, any frozen product found thawing on 2+ carts, 3+ hot foods exceeding 3 hours, or production run over 45 minutes. “Outside thresholds” more than 10%.
eStore personal hygiene standards are met.
GOOD: Partners utilize single use gloves with unpacked RTE foods (except produce). No unapproved personal items except in designated areas. Sunscreen, umbrellas, etc. stored in organized manner not on carts or near products. Partner shopping has water initialed and in approved drink holder. FAIR: 2 findings. OPPORTUNITY: 3+ findings.
