Store is free of vagrants, graffiti, and dumping.
GOOD: Store is free of vagrants, graffiti, and dumping. OPPORTUNITY: Store is not free of vagrants, graffiti, and/or dumping.
All excess cash and deposits are secured behind the timelock.
GOOD: Timelock safe is secured (unless counting in/out or courier service) with deposit and excess cash. OPPORTUNITY: Timelock safe is open without excuse, excess cash is not secured behind timelock.
Gas station partners are dropping cash accordingly and no excess money is outside of the till or safe.
GOOD: Front End Snapshot report shows a good rating. OPPORTUNITY: Front End Snapshot Report shows an opportunity rating.
Ten store partners are aware of what actions to take if a lockdown is needed.
GOOD: 90% or more of partners are aware that anyone has authority to lock the store down, that you turn off the automatic doors and turn the thumb lock to lock them, and that you don’t let anyone in until the lock down is over. OPPORTUNITY: Fewer than 90% of partners are aware of lockdown procedures.
Gatekeeper system is functioning properly.
ORT partner will run up to 5 carts through different registers to determine is baskets lock up at the front doors and send an alert to the store.
GOOD: Gatekeeper system performed to expectation when tested with baskets, entrances, and registers. Keys were secured and kept away from customer access. OPPORTUNITY: Gatekeeper system did not function as expected. If Gatekeeper system is turned off or unplugged, contact ALPM and rate as opportunity. N/A: Store does not have a Gatekeeper system, or a work order was placed prior to ORT arrival and is not older than 4 weeks.
One department manager and one store leader can explain what to do if a WPV (workplace violence) situation is reported to them.
GOOD: Manager would report to store leader, HR/LP, and tip line. Store leader would report to HR/LP. OPPORTUNITY: One manager or store leader cannot talk through how to handle a WPV situation.
Ten store partners can talk through what they would do in an active shooter situation.
GOOD: 90% or more of partners can articulate Run (get out of the store), Hide (barricade themselves in a space), Fight (defend themselves), and know where emergency exits are.
Ten store partners are aware ofbwhere the AED and Stop the Bleed kit are located (a specific location near front of store) and are knowledgeable on how to use it.
GOOD: 90% or more of partners know where both kits are and how to use them, including where to place a tourniquet compared to a wound site. OPPORTUNITY: Fewer than 90% or partners know this information.
Ten partners are aware of how to report concerns of internal suspicious activity.
GOOD: Theft Hotline poster is visible in breakroom. 90% or more of partners know to report to a store leader or theft hotline, and know where the hotline poster is located. OPPORTUNITY: Fewer than 90% of partners know this info and/or hotline poster is not posted.
Ten partners, including a department manager and store leader, are aware of how to address concerns of criminal and external suspicious activity.
GOOD: All partners can explain that they would report to a department manager or store leader. Manager and leader would fill out Auror report, and report serious issues to ALPM or Central Stasion. OPPORTUNITY: Any one partner doesn’t know how to report.
T1, T3, T6, and T10 keys, and Cii RX magnetic key fobs are all accounted for and a key audit has been completed within the last 6 months.
GOOD: All keys and fobs are accounted for and fobs are logged to current pharmacists, any missing keys were reported to ALPM prior to ORT arrival, and a key audit was done within the last 6 months. OPPORTUNITY: Store is missing any keys or fobs with no report to ALPM and/orba key audit has not been done in the last 6 months.
Receiving doors are secure when partners are not present and magnets are not being used in store.
GOOD: Receiving door is locked and alarm is set if partners aren’t present, and no magnets exist near receiving doors. OPPORTUNITY: Receiving doors were not locked and/or alarm not set when no partners present. Magnets were found near doors.
One department manager and one store leader can access Ready HEB procedures.
GOOD: all partners can access Ready HEB procedures. OPPORTUNITY: One or more partners are not aware of how to access Ready HEB procedures.
Emergency exits are secured and there are magnets on or around the doors.
GOOD: All emergency exits are secured with no magnets in use. OPPORTUNITY: Any emergency exit is not secured and/or magnets are in use.
Partners who work in cash handling positions are aware of robbery procedures.
GOOD: Partners in front end, Rx, restaurant. BC, and BK can articulate they would identify the subject and hand over everything they want. OPPORTUNITY: Any partner cannot articulate this info.
Relief Rx keys are secured and require signature for use.
GOOD: Rx key and log (previous and current sheet) are in cash office safe, key is secured in tamper evident bag with date of turn in and signatures from Rx and BK, log matches bag. If key is in use, there is a log. OPPORTUNITY: Key is not secure, log is not in use or missing entries. N/A: Store doesn’t have a Rx.
