you’re either type A or type B

ambitious and competitive

high drive, strong sense of urgency
what behaviour is Type A?
can be hastle, impatient and aggressive
what stress is type A?
prone to stress and increase risk
what are characteristics of type B?
laid-back and easy going
what is the work ethic of a type B like?
may be distracted or procrastinate
what is the behaviour of a type B like?
my be empathetic and compassionate
what’s the stress of a type b like?
more relaxed and may have lower risk
what’s the Social Learning Theory?
suggests how people learn behaviours through observation, imitation and modelling
how do role models play a part in the social learning theory?
behaviours are more likely to be intimidated if the role model is perceived as similar, admired or of high status
what is various reinforcement?
learning occurs not just from direct experience but also by observing others being rewarded or punished for their actions
what’s the interactionist theory?
its a mix of the trait theory and social learning theory
