what’s intrinsic feedback?
happens within the performer. Info received by the athlete as a direct result of producing a movement through kinaestic senses.

provide an internal feeling of confidence and satisfaction

comes from an external source and can lead to improved performance and motivation

involves info that rewards or praises a performance. Helps strengthen the S-R bond and can be extremely motivating to the athlete

can be in the form of criticism and may be centered around poor aspects of a performance or results

to correct the movement to make it successful next time

feedback about the outcome of our movement and is extrinsic.

to develop kinaesthetic awareness within a performer

concerns the movement itself and the quality of it and it normally comes from external sources but can be internal coming from kineaesthetic awareness
