Describe the reporting sick procedure (4)
A
- Every soldier has the right to see the MO and not be denied the opportunity to report sick
- They must report to their unit orderly (each unit has own procedure)
- They must inform their CoC, no medical confidence information should be disclosed
- If Unit is concerned with frequency of attendance, this is to be raised through CoC to the MO via UHC

- Documentation must be legible
- Copied are required
- Entry added to DMICP under read code

- It must include request for information returned to referring person asap
