A

Central DI (no ADH)
Primary (kidney is fine)
Secondary Nephrogenic DI (cushing’s, hyperthyroid, hypercalcemia)
Osmotic diuresis (DM, post-obstruction, CKD)

A

USG < 1.030/1.035 = test first morning urine
If normal = fine, is low = cannot concentrate
