Q

What is performance accomplishment?

A

Self efficacy is influenced by what you have done in the past other than past experiences. If you have achieved it before you are likely to be confident to achieve it again. Success raises self-efficacy. Performance accomplishments can be enhanced if the players not only achieved the win but also enjoyed the experience
