Members may talk with a supervisor other than their immediate supervisor when the request is made through supervisory channels, and not circumventing the chain of command.

Submitted to the battalion chief, and forwarded to the assistant chief of administration. Then human resources will forward this to TMRS. This must be submitted on the first day reporting to duty after the change.
Sleeping hours?
1700-0615, and afternoon naps as authorized by the station officer.

Cannot extend more than 1/4 inch, nail polish soft or pastel for females.
What are the placements of the sleeve patches on the uniforms?
RFD patch on the left arm, paramedic or EMT patch on the right arm.
Describe placement and description of collar insignia for the class A and B uniform?
Placed 3/4” from edge and centered on the collar. Captains are double gold bars, Chiefs are three, four, and five Gold bugles.
Where does the nameplate go on the uniform?
1/4” above the right outer pocket.
Sleeve markings on the class A uniforms?
“Same as the bugles, 2-5 for officers. 2 1/2” from edge, 1/2” wide, 1/4” between each.”
The class D uniform T-shirt can be worn for daily wear only when?
Training and PT, emergency response after 1700, weekends, and when the temperatures are forecasted to be >90 deg F.

Which uniforms to be worn for court appearances?
Class A.
Fire recruits can only wear which uniforms?
Class B and class D. No polos.
The AC of Administration will accept uniform replacements on what basis?
Swap, like for like, when turning another uniform in that is damaged or expendable.
Uniform exchanges for the event of promotion or change in classification?
The employee will receive an equivalent number of items that are being turned in.
Nonexempt (2912) shift employees are subject to?
“Shift assignments. 18 day work period. Time >136 hours are paid in extra half time through 144 hours. Time >144 hours are paid 1.5 times (overtime rate).”
Nonexempt (2080) staff assignment employees are subject to?
40 hour work week, beginning 12:01 Sunday - 00:00 Saturday.
Nonexempt shift personnel temporarily assigned to a 40 hour work week?
Will be assigned a temporary 40 hour week, remain on the 18 day FLSA work., unless it is expected to exceed 2 consecutive weeks. After 2 weeks, they will require a status change.
