What is criterion contamination?
When a rater’s knowledge of ratee’s performance on the predictor biases his/her ratings of ratee’s performance on the criterion.
What is differential prediction?
It occurs when the use of scores on a selection test systematically over- or under-predict the job performance of members of one group as opposed to members of another group.
What is differential validity?
It occurs when a predictor’s validity coefficient differs for different groups. When a test has differential validity, there is a slope bias.

When there is differences in the slope of a regression line.
