A

Severe otalgia and sudden relief after perforation
1. +/- bloody discharge
2. Tinnitus, vertigo
3. Hearing abnl

What is the treatment of TM perforation

A

Usually resolves spontaneously 1-2 months
*consider ENT referral if no or poor progress
*earplug use while healing
