This relationship includes the processes for business registration via government platforms.

The employer-employee relationship often raises concerns about appropriateness, fairness, and legality, and is usually formalised with an employment contract.

An independent contractor is hired to complete a specific task for a defined duration, unlike an employee.

Employer organisations offer organisations the opportunity to influence the government.
