Man-portable, V/UHF survival radio. Broadcasts on 3 channels and has a beacon and GPS broadcaster (121.5, 282.8, 243.0, 406.025 Mhz). It has a battery life of 48 hours in the 406.025 beacon mode, 24 hours in the triple beacon mode and 8 hours when using a 10 percent voice duty cycle.
