Specials and Connections Sheet
This report lets you know what Specials are flying with you. It is given to you by the OPs Agent.
Specials Service Report
This sheet tells you about the route of the A/C and additional details.
It is given to you by the Ops Agent.
Passenger Count Worksheet
Given to the Ops Agent after the pre-requested count has been finished. (Ops Agent will request a zone count only when needed and they will request it during the preflight briefing.
Claim at Gate Tag
Used for:
-Medical equipment such as personal wheelchairs
-assistive devices
-baby strollers and car seats checked due to lack of space
-SW Airlines Crewmembers’ bags, whether deadheading or commuting
