1. Don’t open exit shout:
   “Exit blocked”
   Stop the flow of traffic
2. Assess conditions in the cabin secondary exits are open or evac is proceeding smoothly out of primary exits
   Continue to block the exit and redirect pax shout:
   “This exit blocked”
   “Cross over use that exit”
   “Turn around go that way”
3. If secondary exits not open or need to quick evacuate pax and conditions in cabin permit grab and instruct a pax to stay and guard primary exit
   “Stand here”
   “Block this exit”
4. Move to secondary exits and use following commands
   “Move”
   “Get out of my way”
   If door opened, but unusable don’t let go of assist handle when blocking the exit
