* Reagent 1 (R1): Guinea Pig Kidney Antigen (GPK antigen)
* Reagent 2 (R2): Beef RBC
* Sample: Serum
1. Label one side of slide as 1 then label other side as 2
2. Add one drop of serum on left side (1) and right side (2) of slide
3. Add one drop of horse RBC on each side
4. Add one drop of GPK on left side (1)
5. Add one drop of Beef RBC on right side (2)
6. Mix then check for stronger reaction and interpret
