For Muslims this is to the Holy City of Mecca to the Kaaba
Only on some days in the last month of the Islamic Calendar
It is obligatory one time in a muslims life apart from the financially and physically unwell

during the tawaf the muslim will recite a verse from the quran
tawaf shows christian unity and desire to worship
then move to the station of ibrahim to pray
