Work is expressed in units of joules. One joule is defined as the amount of work done by a force of one Newton, which moves on an object, through a distance of one meter in the direction of force
W = 0 means no work done
Work is associated with movement

Power -
Something is powerful if it can do work quickly. The faster it works, the more power it has. Power tells us how many joules of work is done in one second
