A

it secretes adrenaline and noradrenaline uncontrollably, causing blood pressure to increase greatly

A

it is a competitive, irreversible antagonist of adrenaline
can be used to reduce blood pressure
binds to adrenaline receptors, making less receptors available for adrenaline to bind to
