acute pancreatitis

A

gallstone migrate out of the gall bladder through the common bile duct which merges w/ the pancreatic duct
gall stone get lodge and block flow of pancreatic juice
- cause inflammation, digestive enzymes then become active in the pancreas instead of in digestive tract
