You say Wick Hall stage 3 cost plan was significantly over budget who created the budget did you get the budget wrong.

I took over this from another firm as the client was unhappy with their level of service
i believe there was so incorrect quantities and pricing but also the design team had developed the design and there was sufficient advise to rain the design back to the budget.
Once i came on board, it was evident the design was significantly over budget
Carried out VM and VE workshops and omitted pool building incorporated a new build home office into the existing building, reduced the landscaping scheme significantly this was something their gardener could do over a number of years.

On brock house what did you advise on the net to gross efficiency?

^85% originally it was to low and so wouldn’t give the return the client was looking for.

On Walbrook what were the provisional sums ?were these defined ?

High level masonry repairs
lead roof repairs

in region of £200 -£400 can vary on location if you are doing colums and beams higher up the building involves more work, additionally you need to allow for formwork and reinforcement for concrete separately as well.
