So I think cost plus is more for urgent repair works and so for when i say for large scale infrastructure i meant more urgent repair of infrastructure projects and possibly would like be done on as an open book of 3 subcontractor quotes.

as opened number, post tender clarification, any error, adjusted figures and ultimately my recommendation.
