how would you do option A measure of site?
consignment notes idenitfy the wieght includes a reistration number so i would have had to be on site to confirm those are legitimate.
What is WAC testing?
So the report was negligent could the client have pursued this?
Yes and i believe the client did pursue this unfortunately i lef the company prior to completion and so not sure how this turned out.
But wac testing is always required?
Yes ultimately this report specifically identified it was not require for non haz only haz and inert and you can see the specifically in the appendix of case study however i did allow for WAC testing regardless within the CSA but ultimately it wasn’t carried out soon enough
