A

The Construction phase plan is a health and safety management document for the project. It outlines the plan for how work will be completed safely .

Include : detail of project, type of work, team and emergency arrangements

It will identify key H&S risks and the control measures that will be implemented to minimise risks or eliminate them.

A

If the HSE believes that work activities give rise to risk of serious personal injury they will issue a prohibition notice . This requires work to stop immediately, activity must not resume until action is taken to remove or control the risk.
