Piaget: Sensorimotor Stage 1
Reflexive
Birth to 1 M

Primary circular reaction
-1-4 months
-development of habits
-child learns to recognize things; If they see bottle they know they are going to get fed.
Piaget: Sensorimotor Stage 3
Secondary Circular Reactions

Coordination of Secondary
9-12 months

-actions have intention (ex: reach behind to get something hidden)
